Be proficient in English. Applicants whose native language is not English must submit one of the following: An official transcript confirming completion of studies at an English-speaking university or college within the past five years; or TOEFL scores of: 570 or higher (paper-based), 230 or higher (computer-based), or 79 or higher (internet-based/IBT); or An IELTS score of 6.5 or equivalent.
